Because most of our items are one‑of‑a‑kind, placing an item in your cart does not reserve it until payment is completed. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it, start by checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. Please note that Awsum Thrift isn’t responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. To protect your purchase, we recommend adding shipping insurance (Worry-Free Delivery) at checkout.
