Shipping Policy

Awsum Thrift is an online‑only store. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Some items may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment requirements.

Optional ShipInsure package protection may be available at checkout. If selected, coverage is provided directly through ShipInsure and includes protection for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages once the order has been handed to the carrier.


All shipping‑related issues must be handled directly with the carrier or ShipInsure if protection was purchased.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Because our inventory consists of one‑of‑a‑kind, individually sourced items — including new, pre‑owned, NWOT, like‑new, vintage, and specialty pieces — we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including buyer’s remorse.

We do not accept returns for items damaged during shipping. If you purchased ShipInsure at checkout, you may file a claim directly through their portal for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If you believe your item was significantly misrepresented, you may contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without proper documentation will not be accepted.
