Awsum Thrift is an online‑only store. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Some items may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment requirements.

If selected, this optional coverage provides a full refund if your order does not arrive as described — including loss or damage in transit.

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages once the order has been handed to the carrier.

All shipping‑related issues must be handled directly with the carrier or through the Worry-Free Shipping protection if purchased.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Because our inventory consists of one‑of‑a‑kind, individually sourced items — including new, pre‑owned, NWOT, like‑new, vintage, and specialty pieces — we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including buyer’s remorse.

We do not accept returns for items damaged during shipping.
If you purchased Worry‑Free Shipping at checkout, you are eligible for a full refund if your order does not arrive as described — including loss or damage in transit. All claims for covered issues must be submitted directly through the Worry‑Free Shipping protection.

If you believe your item was significantly misrepresented, you may still contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the concern. Claims without proper documentation will not be accepted.
