Misrepresentation Exception
If you believe an item was significantly misrepresented, you may contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the concern. Claims related to normal secondhand wear, vintage condition, or subjective expectations will not be accepted.
If Worry‑Free Shipping was purchased at checkout, you may be eligible for a full refund if your order does not arrive as described — including loss or damage in transit. All claims for covered issues must be submitted directly through the Worry‑Free Shipping protection.
